02Data processed when you visit

When you open this website, the hosting provider automatically records information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, and browser and operating system information.

This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Log data is deleted after a short period unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.

03Getting in touch, booking a call and the webinar

If you write to us or book a call, we process the data you send in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligation applies.

Calls are booked through Cal.com, which processes the name, email address and any details you enter in order to schedule the meeting.

Webinar registration also runs through Cal.com, which processes your name, email address and firm name in order to register you and send the confirmation, the reminders and the join link. The webinar itself runs on Zoom, which processes the name you join with and your participation, and records the session. We use the attendance list only to issue certificates of attendance. If you ask for the recording by email, we use your address only to send you the link.

04The calculator

The figures you enter on the friction calculator are processed entirely in your own browser. They are not transmitted to us or to anyone else. If you press save, they are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device, where you can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

05Cookies and tracking

This website uses only technically necessary cookies. There is no tracking and there are no analytics tools. If services requiring consent are introduced in future, your consent will be obtained beforehand through an appropriate selection dialogue under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

06Fonts

This website loads Inter, Inter Tight and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation). Images, logos and scripts are served from this website itself, so no other third party is contacted while a page is open.

07Your rights

You have the right to access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20), and to object to processing (Article 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Estonia this is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Data Protection Inspectorate).

08Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption to protect data in transit. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.
