helixOS · Agents

Five agents. One job each, and a list of what they may touch.

An agent is a small worker inside helix OS. It wakes when something happens, reads only what it was given, does its one job and leaves the result for a person.

    The roster

    Meet the five.

Each agent has a trigger, a short list of what it reads, one place it writes, and things it will never do. Pick one.

    Intake

Reads the designated mailbox and matches every email to its client.

An email arrives in the designated mailbox.
    Reads
That one mailbox and the list of clients.
    Writes
A link from each email to its client page.
    Never
Sends, deletes or opens any other mailbox.

    Every permission, on one page.

Permissions are set per agent and per client, once, and they hold everywhere. The three on the right are given to no agent at all.

    How every agent runs

The same five steps, whichever agent it is and whichever model does the thinking.

    01

    Wakes

Something happens: an email arrives, someone asks a question, a call ends.

    02

    Scopes

It loads only what this person may see about this client, and nothing else.

    03

    Works

It does its one job, with the model that fits the task.

    04

    Hands over

The result waits for a person: a draft to send, an answer to check, a note to read.

    05

    Logs

What it read and what it wrote is recorded. Every correction goes back into the pages.

Why small agents. One large assistant that can do everything is hard to check and harder to trust with client files.

    Easy to check

One job means one thing to review. When a draft is off, you know which agent wrote it and what it read.

    Permissions you can read

What each agent may touch fits on the page above. Your data protection officer can read it in five minutes.

    Models change, the rules stay

Each task goes to the model that fits it. A better model drops in without changing what any agent may touch.

    Agents on the way

New agents plug into the same layer, with the same rules. Work that suits firms like yours arrives as part of the service. Work shaped for one firm alone is quoted once, before it starts.

    Reporter

A weekly overview for the partners: open items, clients waiting on an answer, deadlines coming up.

    WhatsApp

Ask and dictate from WhatsApp, with the same permissions as everywhere else.

    Quoted once

    Chaser

Notices missing documents and drafts the reminder. A person sends it.
